School Holiday Program Form

Any cancellations, swapping of days, no shows or illness within 2 days of your booking will be deemed an absence; your family is allocated 42 absences per year without a medical certificate being required. If a doctors certificate is produced a refund of the Gap Fee is given. Any illness refunds, swapping of days or cancellations will incur a $5 administrative charge.

Office hours relating to the Westgate Vacation Care bookings and information are from 10:00am to 6:00pm Weekdays only.Bookings can only be done in person, email or fax. Bookings over the phone are not accepted. Westgate Vacation Care is a pre paid program.

Register Your Players

Please read the following information carefully before Registering your team: Due to a high number of teams playing at Westgate, teams may be scheduled to play a minimal number of games on a Sunday throughout the season.

• Each team will pay a game fee in full prior to the game: MENS/MIXED $80.00, LADIES $65.00.
• All teams will be required to pay $15.00 per person joining fee prior to their first game.
• In the event of a team querying a decision made by referee or management, only the captain has authority to do so.
• Captains are required to produce photo identification prior to team commencing.
• Any team that forfeits a fixtured game and do no give the required 48 hr notice of inability to play the fixtured game will pay a fine of $50.00.
• Any team that forfeits a scheduled game, must make this game up within two weeks at the nominated time by management.
• We are open throughout the year, including Public Holidays, teams unable to play on these days must follow the Rescheduling Game Policy.
• Any team that forfeits twice in the season will result in the dismissal of the team.
• All teams must be in uniform during Round 3.
• All teams are required to play all their fixtured games or otherwise not be eligible for finals.
• Any teams or individuals involved in a fight will result in the instant dismissal and or legal action taken against those involved.
• Games will start at fixtured times. Those causing games to start late will be penalized.
• Players must play 1/3 of the season to qualify for the finals.
• Team captains/managers are responsible for registering all players and marking them off each game.
• All Grand Final games are played on SUNDAY's
• Teams that forfeit the last round of the season will incur a: Mens/Mixed $125 fine, ($75 Game Fee + $50 Fine) Ladies $115 ($65 Game Fee + $50 Fine)
